Vertigo Eindhoven is a community where we aim to foster the spirit of the game of ultimate frisbee. The following Code of Conduct provides the framework to support the respectful and fun environment we strive to create. For that we need the efforts of everyone in and around our community.
Code of Conduct
We are positive and fair-minded towards others at all times.
We treat others with respect and dignity.
Sexual harassment, harassment, bullying, discrimination, unwanted contact, or foul language towards others will not be tolerated.
We give clear and fair feedback to foster good behaviour of our peers and help those that show unwanted behaviour better themselves.
We are open to feedback, and act to change unwanted behaviour.
We act ethically, fairly, considerately, and honestly.
We prioritize the safety of ourselves and others.
We treat our environment with respect.
We do not litter, do not damage any objects or places.
In summary: we behave according to the ideals and vision of the “Spirit of the Game” of Ultimate.
Contact the Vertigo board or confidential counselor (vertrouwenscontactpersoon) in case of breaches of the code of conduct that cannot be resolved by the involved people themselves.
